Auburn Real Estate Acquires Bouck Real Estate





AUBURN, NY — Auburn Real Estate announced Friday that it has acquired Bouck Real Estate, a commercial real estate company, also located in Auburn.

Matthew Chalanick, owner of the real estate agency, did not disclose the sale price but confirmed that he had purchased the business, including its assets and name, “effective immediately”, according to the announcement. Friday.

Bouck Real Estate will continue to operate under the same name as a commercial branch under the Real Estate Agency.

Bouck Real Estate is located at 32 E. Genesee St. in Auburn. The real estate agency operates at 110 Genesee St. in Auburn.

John Bouck, owner of Bouck Real Estate, has said it’s time for him to retire and begin the next phase of his life, which will include more traveling with his wife, Connie, as well as writing.
