Prominent Real Estate Agency Appoints New Marketing Director | Business Observer
SARASOTA — Real estate firm Michael Saunders & Co. has named Randall Graham its new chief marketing officer.
Graham has more than 25 years of experience in traditional and digital media, according to a press release. He joins the Sarasota-based company after a 17-year tenure as vice president of marketing for The Ebby Halliday Companies, a 75-year-old Dallas-based real estate company. Ebby Halliday is one of the nation’s largest brokers and an affiliate member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Luxury Portfolio International and Mayfair International Realty, the statement said.
“Graham is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for brand and culture,” Founder and CEO Michael Saunders said in the release. “Randall and I have known each other for many years through his extraordinary industry leadership and serving on luxury advisory boards together. His comprehensive understanding of marketing and his passion to better serve our agents and their clients will continue the growth dynamics of Michael Saunders & Company.
As head of MSC Marketing, Graham oversees a nine-person team of marketing strategists, copywriters and designers.

Prior to his career at Ebby Halliday, Graham was an entrepreneur. As vice president and founding partner of QuickSilver Interactive Group, he oversaw his clients’ online, marketing and public relations activities and managed multiple residential, mortgage and commercial real estate accounts in Dallas, the statement said. He also served as vice president of a major public relations firm, during which time he moved to Toronto to open and run its Canadian office.
Graham has established marketing and media relationships across the United States and in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Hong Kong and Russia.
Michael Saunders & Co. is a network of 24 real estate offices with nearly 700 agents and 200 support team members throughout the Gulf Coast region. The company offers a range of real estate services, including mortgage, title, insurance and relocation services, as well as a commercial real estate division. The company reported gross revenue of $77 million in 2019.
